Biography: Few singers can say that basketball is responsible for their quick rise to pop stardom, but if it weren't for the NBA, the sultry Natalie would probably have a desk job. The sounds of Jadakiss, Usher, Gwen Stefani, and Beyoncé filled the headphones of the Clear Lake, TX, resident as she was commuting back and forth to school. She dreamed of becoming a singer, but without knowing anyone connected to the music industry, she chose to study criminal justice. One of Natalie's rare whims told her she should answer an ad for Houston Rockets cheerleader auditions. She got the job and was soon getting calls to dance for various Houston rap and R&B artists. She was also working on her lyrical skills during this time and decided to add a couple raps to her performances. Second time out, she drew the attention of Charles Chavez, the man behind Latium Entertainment and the successful careers of Frankie J., Baby Bash, and Chamillionaire. Chavez hooked Natalie up with producers Happy Perez and Play N Skillz. The sessions yielded many possible hits, but it was the ballad "Goin' Crazy" that Chavez and Natalie chose to put on a single. The heartfelt number lighted up request lines on R&B and pop radio in March 2005. Universal quickly signed the artist and released her debut album in May. Her sophomore effort, Everything New, appeared a year later. ~ David Jeffries, All Music Guide

Biography: Described as an intense fusion of modern rock, reggae, latin and classic rock, Afterglow Radio is reminiscent of the current mainstream music that dominates the airwaves and Billboard music charts today.

As long standing members of the Orlando, FL music scene, the four members of Afterglow Radio set out to write songs, rehearse and play a few shows to see how receptive the Orlando market would be to their original brand of music.

After several practice sessions and one live show, it was clear that there was much more potential than anticipated. Seeing how well they wrote and communicated together, Jeremy Hagen, Jorge Alvarez, Preston Wulff and Eric Palkovic formed what is now known as Afterglow Radio.

In the following months, they wrote their self titled EP. Justin Thomas (Dark New Day, Faktion, Virgos Merlot) produced, engineered and mixed the recording, which was released in November of 2006.

Over the next year, they played the Orlando market and surrounding areas. This included headlining shows at Hard Rock Live, as well as sharing the bill with Sevendust, Chevelle and Buckcherry at 101.1 WJRR’s annual Earthday Birthday. One of Afterglow Radio’s recent hits, “I’m Running,” received critical acclaim and was acknowledged as one of Garageband.com’s top tracks of 2007. Orlando’s radio stations Real Rock 101.1 and O-Rock 105.9, in addition to playing their songs on the air, have invited the band to play acoustic performances in the studio. With the help of the internet and intense promotional groundwork, they soon found that they had a rapidly growing number of fans worldwide. Playing shows and seeing fans sing along to their songs inspired them to create a full length album.

In the fall of 2007, Afterglow Radio went back into the studio to record new tracks for their debut LP produced by Ted Comerford (Virginia Coalition, Zox, Army of Me) and Justin Thomas. Mixed by Jeff Juliano (John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band) and mastered by Tom Baker (Precision Mastering), these new recordings truly exemplify the band’s broad range of songwriting and musical talent. Afterglow Radio’s intense passion for their music is well represented in their powerful live performance.

“Find Yourself Again” is diverse in its musical content, as well as lyrically poignant. “Afterglow Radio is without a doubt one of Central Florida's premier bands, perhaps the most likely to succeed on a national and international level.” -Mike Nunez, FLORIDA TODAY.

The LP is due out in the middle of August of 2008. Visit www.afterglowradio.com or myspace.com/afterglowradio to find out more.

Biography: Triggerslip was officially formed in Coral Springs, FL in the year of 1999. Combating school and sports, four teenagers set their priorities aside to fulfill their lifetime passion of starting an explosively heavy and melodically catchy rock band. Zach Lenz, (26), and his brother Logan Lenz, (23), grew up playing original music in their family garage. It wasn't too far in the future when they found out that family friend Brandon Singer, (23), was trying to start a band of his own. The connection proved to be instant with the threesome. A few weeks later the incomplete band came across bassist Mike Starkman, (26), and Triggerslip was born.

The band perfected a solid lineup of songs before they decided to enter the studio in 2001. Throughout three full days worth of hard work, the band's first demo was completed. The band decided to hit the streets and their schools with nothing but promotion on their minds. The hours spent passing out demos proved to be worth it, after receiving a surprisingly overwhelming response to their first recording. The band fed off of their early fan base's energy by playing a ton of local shows and getting their name out in the south Florida music scene.

After continuous rehearsals and the addition of more and more songs, the band decided to hit the studio again and record a low-budget EP in early 2003. Much to their surprise, they found themselves recording their EP with the engineering support of Chris Carrol (Collective Soul, Creeds My Own Prison). The band perfected six ear-catching songs and began promoting their newly recorded self-titled disc. The EP sold over 2,500 copies in south Florida alone and proved to be a turning point in the bands overall success.

Triggerslip continue to play anywhere from 3 to 4 shows a month and maintain their image as one of the best live acts in all of Florida. Entertainment World has coined the band "The next big thing to come out of Florida." The band does not have any plans of slowing down and are excited to continue their journey to the top as they expand and grow as musicians. Triggerslip's debut full-length album "Bullets and Broken Promises" is due out late summer of 2007.

Biography: Last November is a diverse brew of quirky yet memorable pop rock accompanied by honest and thought provoking lyrics. Their ever growing internet presence, coupled with word-of-mouth from devoted fans, is pushing this young Atlanta band to true heights.

Under the guidance of platinum-selling producer Steven Haigler (Brand New, Fuel, Oleander, Pixies, As Tall as Lions), Last November’s new album, Over the Top or Under the Weather, delivers on the promise of the group’s impressive 2006 debut album, All the Gory Details, which was featured on The Real World, and other MTV shows, as well as garnering multi-formatted airplay on over 200 radio stations.

When we were in high school we used to sit around with acoustic guitars singing songs from Brand New’s, Deja Entendu, remembers Last November’s vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Luke Pilgrim. Working with the man who produced that record was a pretty surreal experience for us.

Luke Pilgrim, who began performing when he was 11, wrote most of the songs for the first album when he was still 15, and produced that disc himself. Now with a few more years under his belt, he brings an added maturity and experience to his writing. On Over the Top or Under the Weather, Steven Haigler’s sparkling production concentrates the band’s highly melodic vocals within edgy guitar inventions like The Bumper Sticker Song, the album’s first single and video.

The Bumper Sticker Song is really about finding someone who can love you in spite of all your flaws, weird hang ups, disorders, and overall neurotic, obsessive nature, says Pilgrim. I actually get emails from people asking if I really have A.D.D and O.C.D. I usually just tell them those are only a couple of my many disorders.

On the new CD, rockers like the wry Jesus Had Breakfast in Bed and Butter Me Up, with its Leslie-fied touches, demonstrate an astounding growth for Last November, while the superb Sunday Afternoon creates a lush landscape of baroque pop that is both hauntingly catchy and intelligent. Besides Luke Pilgrim on lead vocals and guitar, the band includes Tyler Ayers on bass; Zach Baxter on guitar, keyboards and vocals; and Taylor Woodruff on drums and vocals.

Over the Top or Under the Weather is Last November's second release on Southern Tracks Records, the independent label founded by legendary music publisher Bill Lowery. It was recorded and mixed at the renowned Southern Tracks Studio in Atlanta, home to such artists as Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Train, The Bravery, and Bruce Springsteen, and mastered by Rodney Mills (Butch Walker, Pearl Jam, Drive-By Truckers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc.).

StuMpP

Agent: Logan Lenz

Avails: Currently unavailable

Biography: Currently residing in Orlando, Florida, the band StuMpP has only been playing together for over a year. Although three of the members of the band: (Josh Brooks – Vocals, guitar; Adam Hoffman – Bass; and Logan Lenz – Drums); played together as a three-piece jam band under the moniker ‘FritzZzwiki,’ it wasn’t until local solo hip-hop artist ‘G-Ro’ joined the mix, when they found that unique and definitive sound that is unlike any artist in the business today.

With an interesting blend of hip-hop rhymes, smooth funk rock guitars, powerful beats, and catchy hooks, StuMpP has managed to take Central Florida by storm throughout their very brief existence. Opening for such national acts as Bubba Sparxxx, Rehab, and Smilez and Southstar, just to name a few, and winning several “Battle of the Bands” competitions (including being crowned University of Central Florida’s “Band of the Year” in 2006), it is quite obvious that the band show no signs of slowing down any time soon. With a new eight-song EP slated for release in mid-January entitled “Be Real,” the band hopes to continue their reign in 2007 by transmitting their thoughts to the rest of the world.

Biography: G-Ro is an Orlando alternative hip-hop favorite. For over 8 years, he has touched base with all aspects of the local Orlando music scene. From college bars and campus events, to downtown gigs, to rapping in a nationally acclaimed rock band, StuMpP, G-Ro has been able to win over audiences with his real-world inspired lyrics and homemade beats and production.

Having released three solo albums since 2002, and 2 EPs with StuMpP, G-Ro has been able to reach an insurmountable group of people with his music. After taking an interest in Internet Marketing, he was able to capitalize on the indie music haven Myspace, as well as self-released Internet tracks and EPs.

Through the years, G-Ro has been able to record tracks with hip-hop heavyweights Layzie Bone, Rick Cronin, Caveman Theory, Jon Conner, Reddi Ray and more, as well as grace the stage with artists such as Kingspade, Bubba Sparxxx, O-Town, Dream, Jesse McCartney, the AB's, Sage Francis and more.

As the music industry landscape continues to change, self-contained and innovative artists like G-Ro are going to become the barrier to entry in the industry. Look for an Internet-only release from G-Ro this fall that will consist of a style he describes as indie acoustic hip-hop.

For more information on G-Ro, please visit his home on Myspace at http://www.myspace.com/grobreakn. For booking inquiries, including live performances, event hosting, voice-overs and additional appearances, please contact his agents Logan Lenz or Chris Goyzueta.

Biography: Transmit Now’s debut EP “Cheers To The Years” may seem as though it has risen from obscurity to prominence overnight! However rest assured the songs that make up “Cheers” have been retooled and re-crafted over the years to form a perfect blend of Alternative Pop Rock.

Produced and Mixed by Pete Thornton (Paramore, Shinedown, Between the Trees) with additional production by Brooks Paschal, former vocalist for Tooth n Nail act Sullivan, Transmit Now’s debut EP screams out of the speakers, lodging itself firmly in your eardrums with in your face drums, soaring guitar leads and hooks, hooks and more hooks!

The ability to attract such a hot shot production team like Thornton and Paschal speaks volumes of the bands songwriting ability, and with the solid 'Thumbs Up' from radio Program Directors across the country, as cliché as it may sound... The sky is the limit for Transmit Now!
